Perfect Positive: The home was large and modern and clean. Negative: No complaints

We really enjoyed our stay. The home qas exactly as described and Dan, our host, was great with communications. Rooms were very comfortable and we took advantage of the well equipped kitchen. There's a nice 20 minute walk to the Lake with great views and interesting murals. I'll definitely be returning to Cleveland and look forward to booking it again.

There was a sewer odor in the house when we got there for the first 2 days which eventually cleared. The upstairs shower is stall is very flimsy.The driveway is very narrow and needed a cleanup around the garbage cans. The AC was excellent; the beds and sheets were very comfortable. It was a quiet urban neighborhood. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The interior was very clean.

The property was nice. Easy access to Uber and downtown. There were several complications with AC/heat and communication seemed 3rd party and took time. They did stick stick with it and it got fixed. We were out and about during all this time and a huge storm caused power outages. Upon return we had no power, a/c, etc...The rest of the neighborhood all had power (we drove around to confirm).We checked in the basement and nothing was tripped on the panel. We continued to try and communicate and felt we could not determine if it was a person or AI. We came from central Ohoo so we decided the place was just not equipped for a summer heat wave and storm and our gifts and market items were at risk and we packed up and left. We have requested communication to recover the loss of the night, but at time of this writing has not been resolved. Not sure if we would recommend. But it does have a lot of potential. Master Bedroom bathtub is a soaker with a rigged shower and needs improvement. Downstairs bathroom is great. The mirrors in both were fogged and streaked and there could be more attention to detail around the toilet base. Outlets felt loose in some rooms. Beds were comfortable. The no shoes on in the house rule is extremely difficult and seems prohibitive for many people with feet issues...

The location was amazing. The house over all was nice. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bathrooms were great except the shower downstairs seemed to be plumbed backwards. The mattresses upstairs, particularly in the primary bedroom (the one with the onsuite) seemed worn out and way to soft. The big reason we booked that house was because the listing (and the house rules sent just before arrival) said there was a classic Nintendo. My kids were so excited to check that out. When we arrived it didn't work. I reached out to the host and was told it was a display piece and the replacement was the basketball arcade machine. My children didn't agree that this was an adequate replacement and were very disappointed. First world problems I'm aware, but I would have rather it been removed if it didn't work.
