Fantastic communication and attention by property manager

I had a wonderful time, and for the first time for an Airbnb, I would consider staying there again. Positive: Location, its amenities, and cleanliness. Negative: The only thing I would recommend is to set out some ant traps because they were on the counters, floors and the dining room table. There weren’t many ants but their appearance was a concern.

I was recovering from transplant surgery and need to be in Cleveland for about 6 weeks after discharge from the hospital. Everything was top notch with all of the amenities included, including stuff for my dog that stayed with me part of the time. Having the whole house was great and nice new TV's and kitchen with laundry. The communication with the host was instantaneous with issues I had regarding the Internet and TV. Everything should be set up and fixed now without issue.The only thing to consider here is that the one bathroom is upstairs. If stairs are an issue, just be aware of that.Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

House was very nice and in a great neighborhood. Close to shopping and Cleveland Clinic. My husband ended up with some setbacks and luckily I was able to stay there longer. Host worked with me and made everything super easy.
