Nice house, but lots of road noise Positive: Very nice property, interiors seem to have been renovated recently, and had a good amount of extras that made it feel like home (dishes, cleaning supplies, coffee pod machine, kitchen implements, spices, etc). The NBA Jam arcade game and poker tables were nice features. Very nice to have a minimal checkout task list. The verification and customer support people I spoke to over the phone were pleasant and responsive. Negative: The house is right next to a very busy road, so there is lots of road noise, and I had many complaints from my group about the road noise at night. The exterior could use some work - uneven ground between the two houses and going into the larger house, and the flower bed could use some care (we did some weeding). I was never sent the check in instructions or door code, I had to call the property manager to get the door code, and even after they said they would email & text it to me, I never received anything. Other minor notes: the listing on Booking.com says "barbecue" - that is a charcoal barbecue not a propane grill. A few more & better quality towels would be appreciated.
