The property itself is a beautiful Victorian house, well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities needed for a com Positive: I stayed here for a month while completing a medical elective at the Cleveland Clinic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the Clinic and close to a bus stop, which made getting around very easy. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. They were always friendly, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make me feel safe and supported throughout my stay. Even after I left, they thoughtfully shipped a parcel that arrived after my departure—a gesture I deeply appreciated. Negative: We did have a small issue with the hot water at one point, but the staff addressed it immediately and had it fixed right away, which really showed their attentiveness and commitment to guest comfort.
