Modern Victorian Studio: Steps to Cleveland Clinic

I had to get this place last minute for a week when my wife was recovering from surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and I needed something close because I didn’t have my car (long story) with me. Thankfully enough it is close enough to either walk OR Uber for approximately 25-30 a day round trip.It was exactly as described and very nice. You know when a place just feels “nice”? That’s the way I would describe this place. Bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet, it’s stocked with anything you would need to cook or bake and the communication with owner is lightning fast. I’m not blowing smoke, it didn’t matter what time I messaged, I had a reply within 10-15 minutes sometimes less. I need help with signing out the previous renters Netflix that was locked, they walked me through it. I didn’t have laundry detergent to do laundry, and they placed an Amazon order and I grabbed it at the back door the next day. Management even checked in with me to know that I was able to resolve whatever it was I messaged them about.The area is nice and safe as well. It was pretty seamless to check-in and get in for the first time.I would 1000% stay again and will if we need to go back.This place is a winner. It’s nice and priced better than a stay in the local hotels. I had a better experience here than I would have had at a hotel as well.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. Everything appeared to be new. There were no problems with the appliances that we used. The host is very responsive. If the need arises, we would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I stayed here for a week and it was nice. The location was perfect for getting downtown or to the further east side. The place was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the couch wasn't the most comfortable but it was sleepable. The shower was really nice. Loved how much space there is. It's in a walkable distance from the bus stop which made transportation a lot better. Host was so kind and helpful!

I would recommend this studio and when in town I will be a repeat customer Positive: Very clean, walking distance to the hospital, and staff was very helpful! Negative: Grass was high for the dogs

Clean and modern, pet friendly. Great location, very close to my children’s dorms at CWRU. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here again!
