4 Bed 2 Bath Walk to Lakewood Restaurants & Shops

The house is absolutely beautiful!! We had a great stay with plenty of room for all of us! The house was clean, updated and the booking was seamless with great communication! If I’m ever in the area again - we will be looking to stay! Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect home for our family for the week. Close to shops and the park, clean and exactly as pictured.

This is a very nicely furnished house in Lakewood. The listing is very accurate about the space, and the owner was extremely responsive to messages. Our group was 4 adult men, friends from high school, getting together for a guys weekend. The location was excellent, 15 minutes or less to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, and the airport. The house was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. As the listing notes, there are neighbors close by, and thus, the owner has an outdoor monitor for noise. This gave us a bit of pause before booking, but it shouldn't have. We had loud conversations over games of cards at the dining room table until late in to the evening, and to our knowledge did not trigger any alerts. I am not suggesting this as a dare, but providing information.Our host, Dan, was extremely communicative, and got back to me with answers to any questions I had immediately. The space was well provisioned with dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee, toiletries, etc. The climate controls were easy to use, and we had plenty of hot water for showers in the mornings.Overall, this was an ideal space for our trip, I would definitely return on my next visit to Cleveland.

Roomy, clean and convenient Positive: The location was good for our needs, we especially liked the double wide driveway in front of the house. The inside was as pictured and it was clean. We enjoyed the large kitchen table and the sofas were comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy and overall the house was quiet. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores. Negative: There were a few rough spots: an impressive dent in the refrigerator, an opened and cob-webbed ice salt bag on the front porch, a trash can outside so full it would not close. The lighting was poor for ping pong and there was only one ball that wasn't cracked. The bedrooms didn't get as cool as we would like in the July heat but we appreciated the fans to help us along. The neighbors were quiet (as were we!) but the back porch view was not great. All those were minor as overall the place worked very well for our sibling group of 5.

Property was a great size for our group (7 adults and 1 child) and in a great location for our visit to the Cleveland area. It was convenient to lots of parks and in walking distance to some fun shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will rebook next time we are in Lakewood!
