Great small space, quiet street
Positive: Love the little space. It was clean and quiet.
Negative: Didn't like that check in codes were not given before setting off the alarm on the first day. Or that the CO2 alarm went off and the police and fire departments were dispatched for the false alarm on the second day. Third day we woke to no water in the house but that was handled in a few hrs before my kids were moving around for the day.
