Great experience, but if you have mobility issues, may have difficulty.
Positive: Perfect location, modern comforts of home instead of a hotel, great driveway (a plus for Cleveland) and the customer service was incredible (especially when I locked myself out in 25 degree weather and extended my stay before and after)! There are two nice size bedrooms, though we only used one since there was only two of us, and lots of closet space though we didn't need it for our 2 person stay.
Negative: Bathrooms were beautiful and clean, but there was not a bathroom on the main floor with living room and kitchen. I have mobility issues so that was a huge challenge for me personally. It was either a flight up stairs or down stairs to a bathroom. Other than that, not an issue.
